I have known David for approximately 4 years both in his role within Pfizer and more recently as a consultant for Baxter Healthcare.

Over the last five to six months, David has done an outstanding job in setting the strategic direction for our UK Customer Service Operation and working through a detailed implementation plan including structure, IT systems and alignment with the Sales and Marketing teams.

David has the ability to work at the highest level in the organization showing rapid assimilation of relevant information and the courage to make fact based recommendations and present solutions that meet the external needs of the customer whilst balancing internal pressures of the organization. David has strong interpersonal skills and is hardworking and takes ownership and accountability as required.

David worked for Baxter Healthcare Limited, in the capacity of Interim Head of Customer Services UK for the period June to October 2006 (inclusive)

David joined Baxter at a time of great change and was given a critical project to drive forward on behalf of the UK management team and indeed stakeholders in Europe.

David has proved to us that he has the ability to take a very complex situation involving many facets – setting the strategic imperative to developing organisational structures, and then deliver a detailed plan of action and indeed implement that plan.

He can clearly deal with ambiguity, and at the same time has the tenacity to drive a process or project forward. David has excellent communication skills, and is able to quickly read the culture of an organisation, and tailor his approach to fit, dealing with many stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.

David's input and expertise has been paramount to Baxter over the last few months.
